In Sacramento for work!

Hello! I am a 25 year old professional (Nurse Recruiter) looking for a room in Sacramento. I prefer Downtown or Natomas due to the proximity to work.
I dont party anymore, but enjoy going to happy hour or out for dinner with friends on the weekend. During the week, I work, do volunteer work, go to the gym and enjoy reading.
I like to keep things on the tidy side but am not obsessive or a self proclaimed "neat freak". I would love to have a roommate where a friendship could flourish, but it is not a requirement.
