Looking for a roommate by the end of January!
I have dog so no more pets please! Little critters are negotiable though!

This apartment complex has all the amenities you need plus: gym, pool, playground, sport courts. It’s tucked away from Midlothian Turnpike in a very quiet and safe area. I always feel safe to walk my dog out at any time.

I have majority of the furniture so you just need your bedroom furniture and stuff! I try to maintain % cleanliness. Tree friendly but I can take that recreational use to the balcony if needed. I am very easy going, my pets will love you up (if you want), can respect your boundaries and can also bring good energy!

Utilities are around $ ontop of rent but there is free parking in front of the apartment (like you can park in the lot hassle free) and in unit laundry

I am years old! Grad Student working for my Masters while balancing a full time job!
