You will have a private room.

I’m adding more furnitures time to time and I’m open to discuss what to get for the room.

Plus if you have big items such as surfboard, I have much space in the garage.

This place is very close to freeway and freeway. Very convenient to visit other towns in LA county.
The nearest supermarket is Superior 3 mins away and Ralph’s 5 mins away.
There are many restaurants in 5 mins distance.

I work full time so I’m looking for a respectful person to take this room.

Credit history will be checked by the owner of the property.
You will be taking over the lease with me that is 8 months left.
I’m open to discuss move out date once you move in.
Non smoker preferred.
