House is totally furnished, and we have a washer and dryer on , room is furnished and has a mini fridge (you can bring your furniture if you don't want mine)

- There is a flat rate for utilities ($)
- first month rent plus one month deposit to move in (prorated if you are not moving in on the first of the month)
