The unit is 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bath with washer and dryer. The room is small (approx. 11x7), however; there is an additional unused closet in hallway and a sunroom with plenty of space. The community has a pool, tennis courts, and security 24/7 with plenty of guest parking. Utilities included are electric, water, and internet.

Background check, application, and $40 application fee are required by association. The community needs 12-14 days to process prior to moving and its $10 for a parking decal.
