Lease takeover at The Grove

I'm looking for somebody to take over my lease at The Grove. It's a 1BD/1BATH. There's already a roommate there. The apartment comes fully furnished. You get your own private bedroom and bathroom, plus a walk in closet. Washer and dryer in the unit. The only part you have to share with the roommate is the kitchen and living area. The apartment is located right next to the Alerus center. It will be available January 1st, you will need the first and last month rent upon filling out the application plus a $250 for a community fee. Rent is $550, utilities included. I will pay your application fee** must meet up a few weeks prior to get everything signed.
