Women only Spacious Apt in Queens

If you’re a fan of some peace and quiet, then here’s a place for you. The room has a built-in closet as well as a large window that face NW, so you’ll get the perfect amount of sunlight peering inside. This is also a bonus if you’re a plant parent, as myself.

The apt as a whole is extremely large, so we don’t have an issue with noise, and we have pest control on occasion to make sure we don’t have those “uninvited guest”.

We’re near the R & M train, but the F & E comes by as well. Plus, multiple bus lines are round.

The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and close to Queens Center Mall, where you can find Target, and Rego Park Plaza, where you can find 5Below, atHome, and Costco. The roommates here are chill and are usually out, so don’t be surprised if you find yourself relaxed at the apt by yourself.

Although advertised furnished, the room will be unfurnished. The furnished pic is to provide size reference.

Most importantly, everything is included in the rent. (Utilities, WiFi, electric)
