Greetings & Happy Holidays and upcoming NY Apt Seekers looking to live in the Southbay and experience quite a cool, safe and rad Beach city life! My room will be ready THIS WEEKEND to move in (without any additional costs for December) aside from the SD + 1st Months rent.

The spot is a 1 private bedroom and shared bathroom in a very modern well kept apartment located in Hermosa Beach. The setup is perfect for someone that doesn't have a great deal of belongings, would love to live by one of the coolest and chic beaches in the LA beach city area. There is plenty of space in the bedroom along with additional storage areas in both the living room and other common areas. Please contact asap as I will need to find a replacement for the current roommate who will be moving out by the end of this week. The rent covers ALL UTILITIES including WiFi and DTV Streaming. Please contact me directly as I have a few non-negotiables required upon move in. The following would be: No Smoking of any kind; Be respectful of quiet hours; Clean up at all times in the common areas for your own mess. Other than that, I look forward to hearing from you.

Location: Convenient to gyms, Trader Joes and Vons and a plethora of boutique restaurants and shops. Also located mile from the very chic and hip Hermosa Beach pier.
