Looking for a female roommate

2/2.5 2 story apartment, very spacious & very nice. Living room fully furnished, building is in the heart of Brickell and walking distance to pretty much everything. The building also has a pool and a small gym. The best part is that garage reserved parking is included! There is full cable & wireless fast speed internet. There is also a very large wrap around balcony. I've lived in this apartment for 5 years and it is truly amazing which is why I continue to stay every year. The living room has white tile and the rooms upstairs have carpet but they are installing wood floors this month. I am looking for a quiet female roommate with no pets. It would be for immediate move in. Ideally you could move end of December, beginning of January. As for me, I am pretty quiet and barely have guests over.
