I have one other roommate (22, male). We both have full time jobs. Private room and private bathroom come fully furnished and includes all utilities and wifi. The building has a fitness center, pool, plenty of parking, and an amazing view. We're both clean, easy going, and have a good sense of when to be serious and when to be fun.
