yr lady seeking room for rent

Hello, my name is Jimsina. I’m looking for a room to rent. I had a place lined up to move into before December first but unfortunately the home owner found out that he’s going to be moving soon.

I am a yr female. I have been living as a roommate since when I moved up here from Tucson Arizona. I have excellent rental references. I’m currently in Dallas Oregon, just outside of Salem. The homeowners here are selling their house. they are from Canada. I’ve lived with them for almost a year and they’re going to be going back to Canada when the house sells. This could be at any time. I was really hoping to be moving before the end of the month or around the first days of December.

I am a very clean organized person. I respect other’s privacy and their homes.
I don’t mind doing housework and always keep my room neat and tidy. I’m kind, patient and easy to get along with.
In my spare time I enjoy taking walks, learning crochet and needlework, shopping and spending time with my adult children. I rarely have visitors and if I do it’s daughters. One is in school the other works at a retirement center. They’re very mature and trustworthy.

I come with a cat. His name is Sammy. He is a 5yr older neutered male orange tabby. Sammy is an indoor/outdoor cat. He is very mellow and well loved. When Sammy isn’t able to eliminate outdoors he uses a litter box filled with litter that produces no odor. I’m sensitive to cat odors and am meticulous when it comes to his litter box.

I’m hoping to stay within the range for rent. I’d prefer to live in Eugene but would also like to live in Springfield.
