I have everything you would need from a leather L-sofa in the living room to FAST internet and DVR. I am constantly working or traveling. I am incredibly social and outgoing as well.
The lease technically ends Jan 31, but assuming you're seeking to stay long-term, we would sign another 6 month lease. I'm looking to stay in Houston until this summer when I will be moving to NY.
