2 Rooms Available Immediately!

Hi!
In this wonderfully Grateful home, there are four rooms. Two of which are available for brand-new roommates (must be female!)
(The other two rooms are rented out by Kayla and Carrie!)

One of these rooms is located on the lower level of the house and the other on the upper level of the house. Both are private complete with closet space and carpeted floors. There is also a "living space" between the two that has yet to be turned into a community space for guests and friends!

The house itself is incredibly spacious: it has a full, open kitchen, a fireplace, washer/dryer on , a back porch, fenced in back yard, firepit, garage, driveway, and is fully furnished. The only thing you'd need to bring is whatever you'd need for you room!

There is a dog named Eddie who is super friendly on the premise, and he'll most likely get in your face for kisses when you first meet him... then he typically naps all day.

The property is rented through a Renting Agency and requires an application (and unfortunately a $35.00 fee).
If you have pets, there is a pet deposit that is decided by the Owner of the property based on the type and size of your pet.

We are really looking to rent these rooms out by January 1st, if not sooner. Please let us know if you have any questions or comments about the listing or how to move forward with making this your new home!
