Looking to fill an awesome bedroom in a north Boulder home. The bedroom has tall ceilings, with one wall that is not completely closed off. This lets in a lot of natural light from the moon roof. The wall that is not closed off completely is closed off to the rest of the house with a huge shelving unit. My partner and I currently share the bedroom, and we made our own closet as pictured. We'd be happy to leave the closet if desired. We also created an art corner for ourselves that worked out very well in our space. The house is in a great location. 5 min from Safeway, 7 min from whole foods and natural grocers. There are trails right behind our house and a park just across the way. It's a quiet community, but only a 15 min bike ride to downtown/central Boulder. Easy access to 36 towards Denver or Rocky Mountain National Park/Estes.

You'd be living with three other twenty something year olds. Everyone has their own thing going on(in terms of jobs), but we all have definitely created a space for open communication and friendly interactions to foster a happy, healthy living community. It is safe to say that everyone living in this house wants to be friends with each other, and hope that it'd be the same for you! We are looking for someone that is conscious of those around them and contributing to the house community.

You would be taking over the lease that goes till July 31st. The rent for the room will be $675/mo, excluding utilities. At the time of transferring the lease, one month's rent and security deposit is required. Move in is December 1st, however that is semi negotiable.
