Older ranch style home with off street parking in quiet neighborhood. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. The yard is large if you enjoy gardening. As mentioned in the headline all utilities are included, internet and wifi and cable are included in the utilities
I have 1 other roommate but we are needing a third to help offset costs. Obvious rules of courtesy apply, if you need to ask what that means please don't waste my time. A refundable fee of $30 is required to do a background check. This will be refunded to you if you pass the background check AND you rent the room.
