Hello… here I have my new house in a new development. We have two rooms still available. We are a couple that works remotely from home.
We are in between Moreno Valley/Perris next to lake Perris. Our home is protected by adt alarm and surveillance cameras by them.
Our monthly is $ deposit and all utilities and WiFi is covered by us.
The kitchen has limited access but I do provide a room with your own fridge, microwave and air fryer, these items is all brand new. The laundry room is off limits. Btw that is not a real dog in the living room :)
