Roommate wanted for Spacious 2b/2ba

Description

1st floor spacious apt with 2bd/2 full baths each on opposite end of the apartment. There is a full size bed in the bedroom that can be used if need be and can also be removed if you have your own. Kitchen and living/dining is all open concept and fully furnished. All utilities and wireless internet included unless you want to upgrade the basic cable that is currently in the bedroom that would extra. Laundry is in the unit, gas fireplace and full kitchen with dishwasher. It is a secure building and mostly carpeting. Good amount of closet space. There is a sliding glass door that goes out to a cement patio that is in the back of the building so there is grassy area. I have a 8yo black lab that is super friendly, pretty mellow, well behaved and get groomed frequently. I typically take her with me when out and about. I can't accept anyone that smokes 420, drugs or an excessive drinker. I prefer a non-smoker but if the right match smokes it would have to be done outside. Your pets are negotiable and we can discuss it.
I had to put something in for renting obligation time - but I am very open to variable lengths depending on your needs.
