Management is great; they are very helpful with anything you may need. A plus for VCU Students, we have a shuttle running every 15 minutes that can actually help you get back & forth to school. All utilities are included. I pay a monthly rent of $579.00, plus I have parking pass for $45.00 & they provide renters insurance for $14.95. If you do not need a parking pass or insurance it'll be $60 dollars cheaper. That includes everything & it's fully furnished.
