Room near downtown and Valencia W

I'm looking to rent a room out in my house near downtown. Its 2 miles from downtown and 3 miles from Valencia college.

Looking for a housemate that will enjoy living in a house rather than an apartment. You will have access to the whole house (except my room of course).

Its a 3 bed/3.5 bath. You will have a nice bathroom with stand in shower. Which is actually a lot nicer than my master bath! lol

Quiet street and neighbors. I have a full gym so if you like working out, youre more than welcomed. Recently remodeled kitchen which is new.

I'm a great guy. I'm a professional and also a graduate student at UCF.

Only rules:
1. No smoking
2. No drinking
3. No drugs

Like I said, I'm looking for a cool, relaxed housemate. Youll have access to the whole house, gym, living room, etc etc.

Utilities are included and so is wifi/internet.
