I currently reside in a little area surrounded by navy families and older folks so it's pretty quiet around here. What's really wonderful about this place is there's a little grocery store down the street (about 20 to 30 min walk) and if you walk towards the water there a pub and a few restaurants that serve yummy food. There's bus access along with police and hospital near the location to (not that you'll need it.) The laundry room is the the left (right in the photo) of the place which is accessible just by walking out the backdoor. It is shared with the tenants of the apartment right beside me. The price I am quoting includes the rent and the other small utilities so you don't have to worry about extra. The lease ends June 2016 so I'm just looking for someone to share it with till then.

NOTICE: Picture with tv is the second bedroom. It will be empty before you move in so must supply your OWN bedroom furniture. Also move in fee includes first months rent and application fee ($650 + $40).
