Female Roommate Needed!

I am a 26-year-old young professional looking for a female roommate to share a two bedroom two bathroom apartment. The apartment is at Camden Reunion Park in Apex, NC. It is very close to 540, as well as easy access to US 1.

The bedroom is a spacious, unfurnished room, with a large walk-in closet. It also has a personal bathroom. The remainder of the apartment is completely furnished, including a kitchen table, couch, and TV. It has a washer and dryer and the kitchen is equipped with all typical bakeware and cookware.

Rent is $517/month, and with utilities it is around $600/month. My roommate already moved out, so I am looking for someone to move in as soon as possible and sign a lease through July 2016.

No smokers. Must be drug-free. No pets.
