Room w/bath available to rent

Description

I've recently signed a lease for a 2bed/2bath apartment (1119sqft) starting in December at Woodland Meadow in North San Jose. I'm looking for someone to rent the second bedroom w/private bathroom.

About the apartment complex:

Heated Outdoor Pool
Hot Tub
Fitness center
BBQ area
Covered parking
Pet friendly

The unit is very spacious, big rooms, large kitchen and w/d in unit. I do have furniture for the living room, but I'm flexible and would be willing to get rid of stuff if you want/need to bring some of your own.

About Me:

Female in her late twenties, full-time professional
Easy going, responsible, friendly
Not looking for a best friend, but if we get along well, even better
I do have a small dog and an outdoor cat, so pet friendly is a must for me
Like to stream movies, read a book, workout, play video games. Not much of a party person
Not big on rules other than no drugs and no smoking. I don't care about overnight guests as long as it's not a party place. My boyfriend will be coming over frequently, so I have not problem with your significant other doing the same. As long as everyone is respectful and considerate, it's all fine by me.
Like to keep common areas reasonably clean but whatever you do in your room is up to you
