Starting in December, I'm renting out one UNFURNISHED bedroom and a full bathroom in my new home. The house is located in the quiet, safe subdivision. The house is located in East Austin. You will share the house with my dogs and I. What Rent Includes ($550/a month): One 12' x 12' private bedroom with good size closet One private bathroom Access to the all common living areas (i.e. kitchen and living rooms) Use of Washer and Dryer Parking on Street and/or in Driveway (Your Preference) Utilities Included (Electric, gas, water and internet/wi-fi - no cable television) ***For $600/a month, I can rent out a furnished room with a full size bed and dresser*** I'm a pretty low-key and laid back person. I work Mondays - Fridays from approximately 8am - 5pm and typically hit the gym after work. On the weekends, I'm either hanging out with my boyfriend or chilling at home. What I'm Looking For in a Roommate: Female Between ages 21-40 Clean, Honest, and Respectful. Respects my personal space and stuff Pays Bills on Time (Must show proof of income and/or have a co-signer on the lease) Tolerates my dogs (I promise they won't intentionally bother you) Non-Smoker and Drug-Free Not a Party Animal (Please don't bring the party home!)
