University HOUSE (HUB)

What's up everybody. I am currently looking for somebody (male) to take over my lease at University House. The lease includes your own personal bedroom and a shared bathroom with one other person. The room is on the 18th floor with a living room and bedroom view of the West, downtown Phoenix and Mill Ave. The room and the apartment comes fully furnished. The Hub offers plenty of amenities such as pools, workout facilities, steam rooms, study lounges and more! It is located on the North side of campus directly across the street from Sun Devil Stadium and Wells Fargo Arena.
Rent is $803 a month with separate electricity (usually around $40 a month)
The room is available starting January 1st and goes through July.
