Hello All!

I am looking for a roommate to share an apartment with. I am currently in the apartment and sharing it with a roommate, but she is moving to attend school. I am looking for someone ASAP! The move in date is pretty flexible between now and January, but hoping to have things in place, of course the sooner the better.

The apartment complex is called Colonial Grand at Arringdon, right off of I-40 Exit Page Road. It is very convenient to many places- UNC, Duke, NCSU, Walmart, Sams Club, Southpoint Mall, Brier Creek, Restaurants, etc. The apartment is very nice for location and the neighborhood is good. They offer 24 hour fitness center, pool, car care center, dog park, garages for extra fee, etc.

The apartment is a 2 bedroom-2 bathroom so you would have your own room and bathroom. The kitchen is very open, washer/dryer included, etc. The apartment is already furnished with dining room table and chairs, bar stools, red living room couch, chair and ottoman, glass coffee table and end tables, etc. All you would need to bring is your own room furniture.

The base rent would be $860.00 plus $50.00 for MAA connect- which is basic cable. The water, sewer, and other fees are also through the apartment complex. Plus half of utilities- pretty much just Duke Energy and Internet is all that is left.

About me: I am a 24 year old college grad, current student, and I work full time as well. I enjoy going to football games, spending time with family and friends, traveling, working out, cooking, tutoring, etc. I am a very outgoing person, I love to try new things, and meet new people. Anything else please feel free to ask.

I am looking for a mature roommate around my age would be ideal, but I'm also open. Working and or school. Looking for someone who is responsible, respectful,clean, pays their bills on time, no smoking, someone who likes to have fun and be a good fit as a roommate.
