TEMPE: Roommate Needed

Hi! I will be studying abroad next semester (Spring 2016) and will need someone to fill my lease in the house I am currently living in. I have three other roommates who are all really great and I would prefer an ASU students or a student from a near by community college to rent my room. The house is in a great location on Thirteenth and Roosevelt, in a short walking and biking distance from campus. The neighborhood is really great with tons of students and some young families.

Here are the details:
Rent is $409 a month + Electricity: $40-$80 + Gas: $10-40 + Wifi: $20-$40
Water is included. Driveway and street parking is free. The backyard is gated and safe for bikes.

I share a bathroom but the room is private. The closet has lots of shelves, hanging space, and an extra cabinet above to store anything else. I will leave my bed, desk, and nightstand in the room, so it will have those accommodations.
