Share House w Male roommate

Looking for a MALE ROOMMATE, who has a healthy lifestyle to share 3 Bedroom/1Bath House. You have your own Bedroom. Application fee $45 and must be approved by the property manager. Utilities are split 50/50. I am a real estate agent and investor. . I am looking for someone who is responsible and employed/steady income, in good health. I work from home. The 3rd bedroom is set up as my office. We have internet but do not have TV. We could add it to our service. There is a big deck and a nice sized fenced yard. We pay $40/month for Stackable Washer n Dryer. I set the thermostat around 65-68 in winter and 72-75 in summer. We do not have a dishwasher or microwave. I have couches and tables, you supply your own bed. If you have furniture you want to use, we can discuss selling my furniture. Thank You
