Looking for a roommate

Hi everyone! My roommate is moving out of state and looking for someone to take over her lease. It is a two bedroom two bath so you will have your own private space. The lease is up at the end of June 2016. I am pretty good about cleaning up after myself and can be fairly quiet but would be happy to make friends with a new roommate. We are looking for someone in the 21-26 age range, preferably female. The apartment is only about 15 minutes from downtown Raleigh and only 5 minutes from Cary crossroads shopping centers. My roommate is asking for someone to sign for the rest of the lease and rent itself is only 478.50 a month. With utilities/electric/trash and service fees it usually ends up around 550 a month.
