My name is Silver Hogue and I'm looking for a female roomie to share my beautiful apartment that is located right off Henderson Avenue. The property is called The Belmont and the place overlooks the pool and is walking distance to lots of great bars/restaurants. The room that is available is upstairs and has a separate shower, garden tub, good closet and there is a little nook area that can be turned into an office. It's unfurnished and the rent would be $850 each. I'm 31 and do marketing and PR work for a travel and food agency. I keep things pretty clean, don't smoke and don't have any pets, but I would be open to having a pet if you wanted to bring one. My current roomie has a dog named Bentley.
