I'm looking to fill a room that will be coming available this month. This is a 3 bedroom apartment, in a very nice complex. The ideal roommate would be a male professional, or student who is clean with no criminal record. This is shared with myself and 1 other roommate, but both of us are recent graduates of ORU, and both professionals in the community. I will do a background check, and I will be pretty picky about who we room with. After the initial process, you'll find us to be very laid back guys with a pretty quiet household. This is NOT the typical posting, and no offers of ANY kind be they sexual, chore, or otherwise will be accepted. No pets, no smoking.
