Bedroom and bathroom available for sublease in a 4bed/4bath through Gateway at Tempe, 1655 E University Dr, Tempe, AZ 85281. Not leaving due to bad experience, just trying to find a new place with my girlfriend.

Current bedroom is $665 a month including all utilities, cable, and internet in an apartment with 3 other guys. All of them keep to themselves, very quiet.

Rent is due the first of every month. November rent is already paid. Current lease goes through August 2016 and is individual.

Kitchen and bathrooms are wood laminate flooring, the rest is carpet. Fully furnished. Male or female can move in, can upgrade to an apartment with 3 or 2 bedrooms if requested.

Covered parking is available, but uncovered is free in the entire complex.
