The above is the stock description but the location really is the best thing about this apartment. The bars on division are two blocks away along with an FFC one block away if you don't want to use the gym in the building. I'm looking to sublease from either December 1 or January 1 until the lease is up at the end of June.

The room is the largest in the apartment, probably 150 square feet. Has a bathroom ensuite and plenty of closet space.
