Quiet, safe neighborhood with mature trees and places to walk/jog. House has hardwood floors throughout, washer/dryer, dishwasher, central heat/AC, 2 full baths, off-street parking, plenty of storage, large kitchen/dining room and a cozy living room. House sits on 3/4 acre and there is a covered back patio overlooking it. Lots of space to garden, etc. in front, side, and back yards. Bedroom has closet and two large windows that let in plenty of light. Rent will be $600 plus utilities (including cable internet. Cost is split with current tenant). 1.5 months security deposit.
