City Park perfect Denver location

Hi!
My daughter and I live on a 3 story house at 16th and Steele by City Park. We live on the third floor and have a full bath on 3rd floor. We would share the kitchen and dining room and family room area on main floor and you would have the bath and private entrance on main floor and full basement to yourself. I would only visit basement area for separate laundry room and we could agree to laundry schedule and I would totally respect your privacy and expect same. I would prefer a cool female housemate as my daughter is 3 and her mom and I are on a 2 day on 2 day off schedule and she also lives in town. We pretty much would leave at 7 am during the week and come home at 6....she's in bed by 830 pm. You would rarely hear a peep from us unless you were hanging out with us which is fine too. We play in the park on weekends and go on adventures together. I am easy going, committed to my daughter and my yoga mat and have no interest in anyone for any reason other than a reliable housemate who is drama free and pleasant when we cross paths. I'm not looking for a live in girlfriend. Please don't be a messy person. Let's keep it clean! Happy to provide reference from prior renter who was f 22 recent college grad and awesome.
