Room available in nice apt complex!

I'm looking for a female roommate that is a young professional or grad student to take over my part of the lease. I am relocating for a new job and the room is available starting November 4th. The lease runs until the end of May. Rent is $565 and this includes internet/WiFi and cable, but water and electricity is separate (~$50). The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private room for the washer & dryer and big balcony. The room is a very good size (10'2" x 13'7"), has two closets and connects to the main bathroom. It's in a great location and includes amenities such as pool, fitness center, business center as well as car care center! Target, movie theater, TJ Maxx, Ross, and many other shops are around the corner. About 10 mins to RDU, 15 mins from NCSU and a little over 20 mins to downtown Raleigh.

Your roommate is an awesome 27 year old! She is a young professional and UNC graduate. If you're looking for someone to watch movies, drink wine and laugh with then you two will definitely get along.
