Room for rent in copperfield!

I am looking to rent out the second bedroom in my newly built in 2014 condo (this will be a shared condo) . The room is 91/2 X12 with a semi - private attached bathroom. The condo has in suite laundry , a gas barbecue , high speed wireless internet and cable, the place is fully furnished minus the bedroom. It will be a shared living area and shared kitchen. I am a 20 year old girl living in the condo right now, I do shift work but as December rolls around I will have more of a set schedule. I am very laid back and just enjoy to relax after a longs day of work. It is a 400 damage deposit and 700 a month. There is plenty street parking in front of the condo. Also a bus stop in front of the condo. It is about a 10-15 min bus ride to Somerset station. We are also right beside Stoney trail. There are two cats living in the condo so no other pets (one more cat can be negotiable). they are well behaved and clean. This room is available immediately
