I will be moving out of a lovely home by the end of the semester. I shared this home with four other girls. Rent is $350 plus utilities per month, which never exceeds past 400 including utilities. This home has bedrooms and two bathrooms. The lease ends may 31st, 2016 so I was looking for someone to take over spring semester. The house is a block away from the bus line and if you are driving, it is minutes away from UMD. This house has a washing machine and dryer in the basement.
