I have a great room that is available for sublease! It even comes with a nice, big private bathroom.

It is part of a 4BR/4BA really cute house off of Barnett Shoals. It is convenient to Publix (there is a cut-through in the backyard) and tons of other restaurants and coffee shops. It is also about 2 miles from campus, with numerous bus stops for Athens Transit in the area should you choose to use that as your transportation method - students always ride free with UGA ID!

The house is nicely furnished, but the room will be unfurnished. I am willing to leave my bed throughout the remainder of the lease if you need it, but please talk to me for more details on this.

3 other girls live there, plus a couple guide dogs. The girls are nice, clean, and pretty studious but also know how to have some fun.

Other features: fenced-in backyard, lots of parking, w/d in unit, nice big kitchen with new appliances.

You can't beat the price for the privacy and charm that this house offers! No noisy neighbors living above or around you like in apartment complexes. Plus, the east side of town is a great location.
