Hi!! We are a couple in our late 20s looking for a roommate. We would prefer a female roommate. We are fun and laidback and super geeky. We spend the majority of our free time playing video games. We occasionally go out but normally just stay home and relax. Racheal works as a caregiver/nanny and has odd hours, and my husband works nights. We've had some bad roommate situations so we will want someone who is willing to sign on to our lease. You don't have to have good credit since we already have the apartment but you can't have a record or apartment debt. We have a 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor in Northglenn. It has vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, walk-in closets, a huge bathroom, a washer and dryer in the apartment and a decent size kitchen. We are fairly clean and are looking for someone mostly clean as well. We are on the second floor directly next to the pool and fitness center. Rent would include water/sewer/trash and electricity, as well as cable and internet. Our current lease expires January 31st and we are planning on renewing our lease next year. We are not open to having drugs of any kind in our home including 420. We are open minded and inclusive. The photos are from the Apartment's . We live at the Regatta off 104th and Irma. The Kitchen is identical in layout, we just have a light brown color cabinets instead of the dark color. On the floor plan your room would be the one near the patio. Your room is pretty big. It easily fits a queen size bed and a decent size desk. It also has a walk-in closet with built in shelving. We are open to someone having a pet. We love animals. The apartment charges a pet deposit and pet rent so you would be responsible for those. We do have a fish tank with 7 shy fish.
