Priv Bed, Shared Bath W/ Female

So, this is a 2b/2b that my roommate has converted into a 3b/2b. You can see in the pictures to get the idea but she's going to convert part of the living room into a room.

The Red furniture in your room can stay if you need it, but can go if you don't. The white furniture will not be available.

You will get your own full bedroom with closet. You have access to a Jack-n-Jill bathroom that you will be sharing with female roommate.

Naturally you will have access to the mini living room/kitchen area's.

About us: She's in her mid 50's, has lived in many different places, she is currently a student.

I'm am 34, male, work not far from home (little over a mile). I write online content reviews for websites.

We're both pretty laid back people. We talk if we feel like it but if someone wants to just retire to there room there certainly are no hard feelings. We already have Wi-Fi set up in the apt. We don't have cable but I do own a Roku and roommate should be getting a TV for the living space.

We are looking for a Female roommate (due to sharing of bathroom with other Female). Would prefer future roomie to be under 37.
