Spring Sublease

Description

I am subleasing my room at 360 Peabody Street (right behind Canes on Baxter). The lease will start January 2016 through July 2016 aka spring semester '16. The location is right by campus, only a 10 minute walk to the MLC/Tate Center and 15 to downtown. I have three male roommates who are friendly and respectful and currently attend UGA. Two of us are graduating in December which means 2 rooms are available for rent. This would be Ideal for transfers who want a house right by campus. You wont find a house in this location for that price!
