Hello, I'm a 26 yr medical working lay back male looking for 2 new roommates to share a condo between northern and Dunlap 35th avenue at the month. I work all day. Roommates are leaving. Need reliable indiviuals. Prefer no pets. Roommates must not have previous criminal history and must have a stable job. Must be a clean person. Drug free. No drama. No weird people. Preferably prefer someone over the age of 21-27. Perfect for a student because there's several schools around such as, GCU, Chamberlin, GCC, ASU west, itt tech, art institute and bunch of the trade schools. Close to restaurants and stores and the freeway i17. The condo attributes 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and 1/2, has patio, has washer and dryer at the moment. We will get another different set. Upgraded appliances. Utilities water, electricity (m- machine), and Internet are split. $450 per room. Deposits is $450 negotiable per room.
