Renting Room in 3500 Sq Ft House

Description

The room is about 12 x 12 or a little bigger. Has a window, closet, ceiling fan, etc. The home is occupied by a husband and wife along with one other renter that is at the home to sleep from Midnight to 7 or 8 in the morning.

There is no connecting bathroom and the bathroom is shared with the other renter, however, the bathroom has two sinks. Therefore, plenty of space for both to have their own space.

We are a mature couple and encourage open communication and healthy relationships. We don't argue, are pretty quiet and easy going. Looking for somebody similar.
