Description

I am a Homeowner renting Fully furnished room, in fully furnished house (1700 Sq feet) bedroom house has living room, den, dining room area , and bar Large fenced backyard with doghouse (No dog yet) Dogs ok if in yard. Still creating listing & have not decided if 3rd bedroom should be rented, or shared it is currently furnished as an office. Will be figuring out how to transfer pics from cell phone camera to in next few days. The house is actually on NW HWY (the back yard) and has a bus stop 1/2 block away & is 10 minutes from the subway park & ride by car (White Rock Station is closer than Garland station)
