We are both looking for quiet professionals who are courteous, respectful, and CLEAN.
No smoking or drugs. You must be CLEAN and COURTEOUS in ALL COMMON AREAS. There will be house rules and you must abide by them -- if you do not agree, this is not the place for you.
No overnight guest(s), no pet(s), no smoking, no drinking, no drugs.
You will need to fill out an application, pay application fee (for credit and background check), provide two most recent pay stubs, bank statements, W2, etc. Please be prepared to do so.
