My roommates moving out at the end of December and I need to fill his spot. If you're sociable and looking for a neighborly atmosphere this is a good situation for you. I have established friendships with many of my neighbors. (guys and girls) We're known to "pop into" each others places here and there, have happy hours/game nights at each others apartments every other week or so, give each other rides to the airport, etc...

Apartment:
- 2br / 2 ba
- Master is a little bigger with an attached bathroom
- Large Closets in each
- The building is the Miramonte on Hayden. I love it here. Professional front office, responsive maintenance staff, friendly mix of young and older residents. Check their Yelp.
- I have the living room furnished along with a giant 65" TV.
- Kitchen: Pots/Pans, silverware, plates, etc... I have covered but you're welcome to bring in your own.

Ideal roommate:
- Around my age I'm 28 (+/-5 years or so)
- Open to guy or girl
- Has a full-time job
- Clean
- Does NOT smoke
- Dogs fine. No cats.
- Low key
SUPER IDEAL, but not necessary:
- Someone active: Gym, intramural, pickup sports, etc

Additional Apartment Notes:
- Utilities: $62.50/mo ($125/2)
- Internet: $35/mo ($70/2)
- Apartment Cleaning 1x/month = $30 ($60/2)
- Apartment Insurance: $10 ($20/2)
- I don't watch a ton of TV so I don't pay for cable. If you want it, though, that's fine. I do have basic cable (CBS, NBC, Fox, ABC) Netflix, Hulu, HBO Go, Showtime Now though...
