I have a furnished room with your own bathroom that I'm looking to rent out to a female roommate, Grad/Undergrad college student or traveling nurse/airline folk. I have a college student who attends Phoenix college and I am a business administration specialist in downtown Phoenix.

We are a nice, fun, easygoing Christian family. We would like a nice, friendly, respectful roommate who keeps their room and communal areas clean.

No smoking, no drugs, no couples, no pets, no partiers. We are respectful of everyone's work and school schedules and privacy. We expect the same in return. We like to keep our house clean.

We have a private furnished carpeted room with twin bed, night stand, dresser, book shelf, desk, chair and closet. Private bath with shower/tub, sink, toilet, wall cabinet is across the hall. We also have w/d, cable, free Wi-Fi, big kitchen with two fridges, den with piano, living room, patio, bikes to borrow, alarm system. We are right off of 21st Ave and Bethany Home. Short walk to lite rail and bus. Very close to shopping mall, grocery stores, restaurants, YMCA, community tennis courts, library, and parks. Near to Hwy 51 and I-17. Twenty minutes from airport.

Rent includes monthly metro pass and continental breakfast weekdays. We are sensitive to food allergies/lifestyles. If you do not need these items, rent can be negotiated. If you would like to include more meals, that can be arranged. We love to cook and eat healthy.

Rent is everything included (twin bed, desk, chair, dresser, night stand, book shelf, alarm clock, utilities, internet, cable, w/d, metro pass, driveway parking, continental breakfast) for $500.00. Deposit $150 and background check is $30. We will ask to see your school schedule and/or income verification. First month's rent and deposit are due upon move-in which equals $650.00.
