Room in 3bed Bradenton appt!

Heylo Seekers!

My roomie and I are looking for the perfect third muskateer to share our celestial 3 bed appt in Bradenton. He, a car dealer from Europe, and I, a 22 year old professional pairs figure skater Boston gal, moved into a 3 bed at Kendall Ridge in October. We are both clean, friendly, and open-minded individuals who work hard and party hard. We are looking for a chill, respectful young adult with ambition and drive, who can hang with us. We work 9-5 jobs, so during the week we behave ourselves and work hard. On the weekends, we look to enjoy ourselves and make memories with friends. My roomie has the master bedroom (that includes his own private bathroom) and I took the smaller of the two rooms. We would share a bathroom which I have already taken the liberty to decor it in a Rasta-lion fashion (see pictures). The security deposit to pay is $167. Monthly rent would be $421.33 (not including utilities). Our utilities last month were $60 + $12 (FPL) + $50 (fast internet) = $122, so dividing that three ways would be about $41.
