Temporary-Offering Unfurnished Room

Hi. My name is Jason, and last week I was hurt in a car accident. It has left me with a halo on my leg and the inability to complete the normal tasks I must do every day. I own a beautiful three bedroom/two bath home off of Central Ave and Dobbins Rd. The master bedroom is mine, one room is rented out to a nice guy in his 50s who is gone all day long, and one room that has been used for storage. I may consider renting/trading the third room to the right person (temporarily???) who, for the right reasons, can help me keep up the house and help me with normal household activities (cooking, laundry, cleaning, etc.). If you have a vehicle and can get me to and from work in Scottsdale M-F, and to and from the grocery store as needed - that's an added bonus and you may just get the deal for just the assistance. Otherwise we can negotiate a deal that involves some sort of rent and assistance. I'm still debating on whether or not this is a viable option, but I'd imagine that if it was meant to be, then it will happen. Must be clean, trustworthy and respectful, and this is temporary (unless circumstances change and then you're welcome to longer term). Period. I have two dogs, so sorry - no pets.
