My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate. Lease term is one year. The unit is a 3 bed/2 bath. I work full time and my roommate attends DePaul. We are childhood friends and we are looking for somebody that is normal and financially stable. You must also be very clean as this place is very nice. We are both 22 years old and ideally we are looking for a roommate between the age of 21 to 28. Move in date is September 1st. Security Deposit and first months rent has already been paid. You will be responsible for your share of first months rent and the deposit before you move in. Utilities included are water/sewage/trash. Ed/Comcast/Nicor will be split three ways.
